Overhauled Design

Introducing a new design for Bit Buddy, bringing a fresh look to the app and a more intuitive experience.

We've been making design tweaks since Version 1.1.0, and Version 2.0 brings a complete, and we mean complete, redesign to just about every corner of Bit Buddy! Dashboard? New. Tips? New. Settings? New. Device views? New. Like we said, just about everywhere.

Device Tags

When adding a new device, enter tags to differentiate better and identify devices more easily!

List Filtering

Alongside Tags is the new Filter button, which allows users to only show specific devices that match a particular tag! And it persists across sessions!

List Styles

We love the new design, but it may not be for everyone. Fear not, as Version 2.0 brings the ability to select list styles, right from within the Settings pane.

Progress Information

See how much of a drive or device you've used with a handy percentage readout atop any device you click into. There's also a new progress bar indicator if you swipe across the Used and Capacity sections of device views!

New Font

Areas of Bit Buddy with areas of text have been updated to use a new font, Open Sans, which is a much cleaner, and, more importantly, more readable font.

iPad App Overhaul

Bit Buddy has been redesigned from the ground up for iPad. Bit Buddy now more closely resembles its mobile counterpart, and should feel more natural on iPad. Features from the iPhone app are fully supported, and iPad features such as Scribble are also supported.

General Improvements

Various bug fixes and stability improvements.
